A draft board for drafts that happen in a room.

Most fantasy tools assume a website is running your draft. This one assumes you are — twelve people round a table, picks called out loud, and nothing keeping track but memory. It is not a mock or a simulator: it follows a real draft as it happens. It ranks every player under your league’s actual scoring, tracks who has gone, and answers the only question that matters when it is your turn: who do I take, and can I wait?

It is built for the live draft, not for browsing rankings in July — every number it shows is conditional on the picks already made. And it does not have to be a website. The board is also an MCP server, so you can attach it to ChatGPT, Claude, or any assistant that speaks the protocol and draft in partnership with it: it reads your live draft and you ask it questions in plain language. You sign in with Google once; it sees only your own leagues. How to connect it to ChatGPT or Claude →

How to use it

  1. Sign in and set up your league. Points per reception, yards per point, TD values, big-play bonuses — the numbers you actually play with. A 6-point passing-TD league ranks quarterbacks differently from a 4-point one, and the board reflects that.
  2. Or join one with a code from whoever runs your league. They approve you and give you your draft seat.
  3. On draft day the league owner types every pick. Three or four characters is enough — bijan, jsn, cmc. Ambiguous names show a numbered list rather than guessing, because a wrong entry quietly corrupts everything after it.
  4. Everyone else follows from their own seat. Same picks, but your roster, your next pick and your best available.

What it tells you

  • Value over replacement under your rules, so a tight end and a quarterback are comparable on one number.
  • Tiers and cliffs — whether the drop after this player is real.
  • Will he last? The chance someone survives to your next pick, given he is still here now.
  • Position runs — “4 of the last 6 picks were RBs”, which is when waiting stops being safe.
  • Current injury news, always dated, so nothing stale reads as fresh.
  • ADP movement — who the market has been quietly moving, filtered against a measured noise floor.

It works offline. A room draft runs on somebody’s hotspot, so picks are saved in your browser and sync when they can.
